What You Deliver as a Partner
You are one of two profiles:

A) The Enterprise Merchant
You are a large brand with many micro-transactions (mobility, energy, fitness, hospitality, coworking, gaming, content). You want to be the first to offer pay-per-minute. You become the Merchant-of-Record. Together we run a canary pilot with low limits: 1 entity, 1 jurisdiction, 1 route.

B) The Licensed PSP / EMI with AFM Assessment
You have a license/registration and are looking for a next-gen product. Together we launch ROAMASE as a white-label solution for your merchants (online/offline). You handle compliance (KYC/AML, Travel Rule, consumer law, fiscal processing). I deliver the tech product.

Possible Collaboration Models:

Merchant-of-Record model: You are the legal entity, ROAMASE is the tech provider.
PSP-in-a-box / White-label: You sell ROAMASE Pay under your own label to your merchants.
